Refund policy

Since we are a hand-crafting business, Creative Somethings does not offer returns on any of our products. We do, however, offer exchanges upon request. If you are exchanging a purchase that has been shipped to you, your original purchase must be received by Creative Somethings within 30 days of delivery. If your purchase has not been returned to Creative Somethings within the 30 day window, you will forfeit your ability to exchange your purchase. Additionally, should any of our products get damaged during shipping, proof of damage must be provided within 3 days of delivery in order for a new item to be sent.
